Q: How do I get work to you?

A: The majority of work we get comes in from out clients via email but we also receive a lot of faxes, draft letters in the post and can take dictation over the 'phone.

 

Q:How proactive are you with your PA service?

A: We tailor our PA service to you. We have clients who expect us to virtually run their working lives on their behalf, chasing them for stuff when we know it is needed and we have clients who prefer to run their own affairs but use our service as and when they need to. It is very much up to you which approach we adopt.

 

Q: How do you charge us for your services?

A: For ongoing, general services, we charge our £6 per 15 minutes on a monthly invoice payable within 14 days by BACS or cheque. For a one-off project where you are not using us on a regular basis, we would invoice you at the end of the project or, for projects spanning more than one month, at the end of each month.

 

Q: How do we pay for the Virtual Receptionist services?
